CMI-AIR is the residential dba of Consolidated Mechanical, a 30 year old, local family-owned commercial air conditioning company. The owner, Marvin Koskela, an air conditioning engineer, was asked on numerous occasions to look at his customer’s residence to analyze why cooling wasn’t comfortable like that in his/her office. In nearly 90% of these homes, the air distribution system was not designed, manufactered and assembled for quiet and comfortable cooling. This propelled the need for proper residential systems; thus, CMI-AIR was born.
At CMI-AIR, each annual inspection, each service call, each remodel and each new A/C system is done to the highest engineering standards, always recommending improvements as needed.
